These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, online/offline yoga classes, teacher training programmes, and personal healing therapies conducted by our founder, Indu Aggarwal.

By accessing our website, booking a session, or enrolling in any of our courses (via website, WhatsApp, phone, or direct registration in Lucknow), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

2. Services & Program Enrollment

  • Scope of Services: The Yogic Healing provides yoga instruction, personal healing therapies, specialized health/wellness guidance (such as weight management, joint flexibility, and lifestyle condition care), and professional teacher training courses.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to register independently for our programs. Minors may enroll only under the direct supervision and written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Batch & Schedule Modifications: Indu Aggarwal reserves the right to modify class timings, batch schedules, or course structures due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notification given to registered participants.

3. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

  • Fee Structure: All fees for online sessions, offline home tuitions in Lucknow, personal therapy, or teacher training courses must be paid in advance as per the agreed package price.

  • Non-Refundable Policy: All fees paid to The Yogic Healing are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once a batch or therapy program has commenced.

  • Taxes & Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though active enrollments will not be affected by mid-term price adjustments.

4. Code of Conduct & Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants are expected to maintain utmost discipline, decorum, and mutual respect during both online virtual classes and offline studio/home sessions.

  • Any disruptive behavior, harassment, unauthorized recording of sessions, or sharing of copyrighted course materials with non-participants will result in immediate termination of membership without any refund.

  • You agree to provide accurate health and personal details and promptly inform instructors of any physical limitations or medical conditions before starting practice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content included on this website and across our official social media handles (Instagram: @the_yogic_healing.21, YouTube: @the_yogic_healing.21, Facebook), including text, graphics, logos, video galleries, recorded tutorials, and curriculum documents, is the property of The Yogic Healing and Indu Aggarwal.

  • Unauthorized copying, downloading, commercial redistribution, or public screening of our proprietary training content is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Yogic Healing and its founder Indu Aggarwal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Personal injury or physical strain arising from improper execution of yoga postures or failure to follow instructor guidelines.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
